How to Lose Fat

Fat burning exercises are the slow, aerobic, long duration types of exercise that involve most of the major muscle groups. Your body will burn a higher percentage of calories from fat with lower intensity cardio exercises.
This is one of the best fat burning exercises and which such a lot of workout it never gets boring. Weight lifting is an ideal way to build muscles and the more muscles you have the more fat you will burn. My suggestion to you is do between six or twelve reps, how much you really needs depends on your goal. For example if it is your goal to train your abs you will have to do more reps then someone who wants to get rid of stubborn fat.
The best fat burning exercises are low to medium intensity exercises that use fat as a fuel source to power your muscles. These are aerobic exercises which primarily use oxygen and fat for energy. High intensity exercise is called anaerobic exercise where carbohydrate is the preferred fuel source. Fat is harder to access quickly by the body, compared to carbohydrate, so fat is not efficiently burned during intense efforts.
If you are looking to lose significant amounts of fat fast then you need to use fat burning exercises with weights to maximize your fat-loss. When you increase your lean muscle mass your body responds by burning more calories all the time. For every 1 pound of muscle you burn as much as 50 extra calories per day so a big key in efficient fat-loss is to use weights to help you gain muscle as quickly as possible.
This is a no weights versions of squats. What you do is squat up and down as fast as possible while you either touch or swipe your finger tips to the ground with each repetition. This insures you went down far enough. Do 100 repetitions in less than 5 minutes. Once you can do that, do 200 in 10 minutes.
This could be a barbell squat to a dumbbell squat, it could be a deadlift because that's the same type of movement, or it could even be a kettlebell or dumbbell swing, which is becoming a very popular exercise these days.
What you do is squat up and down as fast as you can. You don't use any weights. Make sure to swipe or touch your finger tips to the ground with each repetition. You only need to do 100 repetitions in less than 5 minutes. Good luck there. It's not easy, but it isn't extremely hard either.
Muscle tissue is what burns the most calories in our bodies and you can target areas in order to use muscles that will burn more calories. Aerobic exercises such as cycling or swimming are also good, and it's a fact that building bigger muscles is the best way to lose weight and keep it off. Muscles have very specific enzymes which burn only fat.
The beauty of doing these types of exercises are they achieve two things: you do resistance/weight training which not only tones your muscles but also burns fat. Plus you get your heart pumping and get an aerobic workout which effectively burn calories like a house on fire.
