There are many diets available today, how to choose the right one (or two)? Well the simplest way is to find out the root of the problem. Mostly it is a lack of exercise. Rarely it is genetics. One new diet that is taking the world by storm is called "The Money Diet." The main motto of this program is "If you have no money-then you have no food."

Step 1
Best way to loose weight is to eat carbohydrates, since they allow for protein to be absorbed into the body. Amount of carbohydrates must be more than proteins, if you want to lose weight. If you want to gain weight (muscle) amount of proteins must be more.
Step 2
Carbohydrates are fruits, vegetables, candy, etc. Long chain carbohydrates are better than short (sweets, candy)
Step 3
If you like to eat vegetables, boil them. If you smoke (cigarettes) then there is no point in exercising, because 70% of smokers are already underweight.
